Thelaxeneacloxia provides professional space organization services including but not limited to home organization, decluttering, storage solutions, and organizational consulting. The specific services, pricing, and terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work being performed.

All services are provided on an as-is basis. While we strive to deliver high-quality organization services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes as results may vary depending on individual circumstances, space constraints, and client participation.

4. Booking and Appointments

When booking our services through the Site or by contacting us directly, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all booking details including:

Your contact information
The service location address
The scope of work requested
Any special requirements or access instructions

4.1 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4.2 Late Arrivals

If you are not available at the scheduled time and location, our team will wait for up to 15 minutes. If we are unable to access the premises after this time, the appointment may be considered a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before services commence. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards and electronic transfers. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Estimates and Quotes

Initial estimates are based on the information provided by you and our preliminary assessment. The final price may vary depending on the actual scope of work required. Any significant changes to the estimated cost will be communicated to you before proceeding.

5.2 Deposits

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. Deposit amounts and terms will be clearly communicated in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Thelaxeneacloxia or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
